How to Use
Peel
Step 1
For best results, do not brush your teeth immediately before applying. Open the pouch and peel the upper and lower strips from the plastic backing liner.
2 Apply
Step 2
Apply the gel side of the strip to your teeth, aligning it with your gum line. Press gently for secure contact and fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it locked in place.
3 Reveal
Step 3
Wear the strips for 30 minutes daily for 7 consecutive days. Once the time is up, peel off the strips from the back of your teeth forward, discard them, and rinse or wipe away any remaining gel.
