Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam is a daily water-based face wash for skin that gets oily or congested through the day. It is the second step of a double cleanse, and the best-selling cleanser in Anua's heartleaf line.

It pairs heartleaf (Houttuynia cordata), the ingredient Anua is known for, with quercetinol and 0.5% BHA. The BHA works inside the pore on the sebum and dead skin that cause blackheads, while the heartleaf keeps the wash from feeling stripping.

How to use: lather a small amount with water, massage over damp skin for about 30 seconds, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use in the evening after an oil cleanser, or on its own in the morning.

Can I use it every day?
Yes. At 0.5% the BHA is low enough for daily use, and because it is a rinse-off product it does not build up on the skin the way a leave-on exfoliant does.

Is it suitable for dry or sensitive skin?
It is formulated for oily and combination skin. If your skin is dry or easily irritated, use it in the evening only, or choose a cream cleanser instead.

Does it remove makeup and sunscreen?
Not on its own. Use an oil cleanser first to break down makeup and sunscreen, then follow with this foam as the second step.
