Does it remove makeup?
Light makeup, yes. For foundation, waterproof mascara or sunscreen, use an oil cleanser first.

Is it right for oily skin?
This version is for normal to dry skin. If your skin is oily, choose the Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser instead.
