Dr. Althea Green Relief Amino Gel Cleanser is a low-irritation cleanser built on amino acid surfactants — the gentlest cleansing agents in common use, and the reason this washes without the tight, stripped feeling.

Most cleansers use sulphates or high-pH soaps that disrupt the barrier for hours after washing. Amino acid surfactants clean at a pH close to the skin's own, which is why they are the standard choice for sensitive, reactive or barrier-damaged skin. The green relief complex adds calming plant extracts on top.

How to use: lather a small amount with water, massage over damp skin, then rinse with lukewarm water. Morning and evening. In the evening, follow an oil cleanser.
