The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23%

The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% is the strongest and most direct vitamin C in the range: pure L-ascorbic acid suspended in a water-free silicone base, with hyaluronic acid spheres for hydration.

Keeping the formula water-free is what keeps the vitamin C stable in the bottle, but it also means the texture is grainy at first and only smooths out as you work it in. That texture, and a brief tingle on application, are normal for this product. It works on the look of dullness, uneven tone and fine lines, and it is best suited to skin that is already used to actives.

How to use: in the evening, on dry skin. Apply a small amount after water-based serums and before creams. Do not use it in the same routine as strong acids or retinoids if your skin is reactive. Start two or three times a week. Wear sunscreen every morning.
